All our competitions are hosted live on Facebook where the draw can be viewed and winner will be announced, all winners will be posted on our website and Facebook page.

We will always aim to personally deliver you prize where possible, where not possible don’t worry we will send them tracked in the post directly to you.

Great question! Pre-loved basically means the item has been previously owned and may have been used before. We will be listing the condition of all our items on the detailed description of each competition. Some items although “pre-loved” may still be in their original box and packaging and essential never utilised, but as it has not been bought directly from the designer by Daydream Draws it would be classed as “pre-loved”

We will use the bellow scale to help grade the prizes:

A. Store Fresh
Item still has all plastic seals (if applicable)
Absolutely no signs of wear
Is a full set & may be accompanied by original purchase receipt

B. Pristine
Item still has some plastic seals (if applicable)
Absolutely no signs of wear
May be accompanied by purchase receipt but not full set

C. Excellent
Item is unsealed
Item has almost no signs of wear
Box or dust bag not included

D. Very Good
Item shows some signs of wear such as lightly worn corners, light scratches and interior wear

All our current competitions are displayed on our Competitions page. You can enter a competition by clicking on the “Enter Now” button beside the competition you want to enter.

Choose an answer to the question. Select the number of entries you want. All entries made in a single transaction will be classed as having the same answer to the question, and only correct answers will be entered into the draw.

You can find all your entries in your Basket. Click “proceed to checkout” to process the order. Existing customers will be asked to log into their account. If you’re a new customer, you will need to enter your details. Tick the box which says you accept our Terms and Conditions.

After completing your purchase, you will be sent an email confirming your order details and ticket number(s). If you have answered the question correctly, you will be entered into the prize draw – good luck! If you have not answered correctly, you will not be entered into the draw.

If you haven’t received an email from us confirming your entry and whether you got the question right or wrong, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please email us at [email protected].

All postal entries must be sent by first or second class post. Bulk entries are not accepted / will be counted as a single entry. You can enter as many times as the competition’s maximum amount of entries. Each free entry must be sent separately.

If you are a winner, we will contact you by phone within 7 days of the competition’s closing date. If any of your contact details have changed before the closing date, you must let us know as we will try to contact you with the information you have given us.

Up-to-date contact information is very important! If we can’t contact you within 14 days of the competition’s closing date, we will need to choose another winner and you won’t be able to claim the prize. You can check and manage your details through your Account.

You must be 18 years or older to enter, as well as a resident of England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.

We can’t accept entries from outside the U.K. as other countries’ laws for running competitions vary, and ours have been organised to comply with national laws. Also, you can’t enter this competition if you are a relative of any of our suppliers – we’re serious about making sure all our competitions are fair and unbiased!
